Life Choices is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization, funded primarily by the generosity of compassionate and concerned individuals, businesses and churches in our communities.

Mission Statement

“Life Choices is a Christ-centered ministry providing education, support and healing for sexual life choices.”

Life Choices exists to share the love of Jesus Christ by providing help with unplanned pregnancies, healing from post abortion stress and by providing education about sexual life choices. By helping young people understand the facts about their sexual life choices, we encourage them to abstain from pre-marital sex, drugs and alcohol. We emphasize the great value of each individual through the fulfilling love of Jesus Christ.

The Three Areas of Life Choices:

Client Support –

Each of our Life Choices Centers provide free pregnancy tests and information in a confidential and non-judgmental environment. We also support mothers and families by providing maternity clothes and baby supplies. We help clients understand all their choices relating to their unplanned pregnancy as well as information about birth control, STIs/STDs and other sexual life choices.

Life Choices has served the Longmont, Colorado, community for over 25 years. In 2001 we opened a second center location in Loveland, Colorado. In 2006 we opened a third center location in Thornton, Colorado, that serves the Denver North Metro area communities. And on October 1, 2012 we merged with Open Arms Pregnancy Center to open the Brighton and Ft Lupton center locations.

Education Program –

Life Choices provides free school presentations for public and private, middle and high school classes and youth groups, including churches. Educators, parents or pastors can invite us into the classrooms or youth groups.

Presentations include factual information presented via easy to understand interactive tools and games that help the students learn. In the middle and high school classes we have a group of teens called Teen Advocates who interact with the students as peer advisors. These Teen Advocates have made their own choices to abstain from drugs and alcohol that can cause destructive decisions related to their sexual life choices.

Post Abortion Support and Healing –

Life Choices provides a free comprehensive 11-week course study for post-abortive women who are experiencing regret, guilt, shame, depression and other issues associated with that decision. It is the desire of Life Choices to see a deep and abiding healing for all participants. The study is called “Forgiven and Set Free”.

Small groups of 2 – 4 participants are led by women who have experienced an abortion. Groups are confidential and non-judgmental. The facilitators strive to share the unconditional love of Jesus Christ with each participant and provide a safe environment for healing.
